Local 12 year old accidentally swallows his own butt while at mcdonalds. 12 year old Ronny Boy. Overweight very obese was at his local mcdonalds eating the 100 piece chicken nugget. Was eating it to fast and it just happened. His mom had to rush him to the hospital so the doctors had to get it surgically removed. The exact words from the doctor was "Your a fat kid".
