University of Kentucky's President, Eli Capilouto, has sent out an email to all staff and students announcing that after spring break masks will no longer be mandatory anywhere on campus, including classrooms. The recent research and decline of positive tests throughout the Wildcat community has helped President Capilouto lift the mask mandate. We still recommend that students and staff try to maintain a safe distance during social interactions.
