Brandon ingle ,29 was shoot 4 times last night on the corner of Franklin Blvd. Witnesses say they saw him engage in a altercation with two other men and then they heard "pop " "pop" ingle fired several shoots back from a 45cal glock made handgun then ingle fled from scene and collapsed about a mile down the road he was taken to clevlend county hospital we're he was pronounced dead on the scene.
