A 24-year old man is facing charges after fraudulently claiming to have more than one birthday in an attempt to be provided with free goods and other extreme perks.
Josh Cooper (pictured right), a father-to-be formerly of Rishton, Lancashire, has an international arrest warrant also relating to the same incident for public disorder after drinking Budweiser through a sock an intimidating a man described as being 'built like a brick shit house'. Police continue to search for the man who is believed to have ties to Great Harwood and is very dangerous, known to have destroyed electrical items.
