Zack Thompson, 18 of Mangham, La, was caught smearing peanut butter on his balls and trying to lure stray cats to lick it off. A concerned neighbor saw the act from their kitchen window and called Mangham police department. When police dispatched to 217 West Road they found Mr. Thompson hiding in the bushes with a jar of jiffy peanut butter. Whenever they attempted to place the suspect in custody he began to run. If seen please call the Mangham police department. Do not approach Mr. Thompson as he is considered armed and sexually perverted. *Pictured here with one of his many victims*
