Zachary M. Daly met pormstar, Nicole Aniston, at a local college party. The two engaged in sexual acts after consuming numerous drinks with alcohol. A handful of days after the night Aniston contacted Daly stating, and I quote, " You should probably get tested". Daly decided to comply to this and found out he tested positive for numerous STD' s. He is now sueing Aniston because she did not tell Daly of her condition prior to the sexual encounter. He is demanding 2 million dollars in settlement money.
