Brandin R. Bowman was arrested late Friday night and charged with indecent exposure after reports of unusual activity in a white buick which was found parked in the parking lot of Watertown High School. He was found with no pants on and was heavily intoxicated.. Mr. Bowman was arrested and held overnight and was released early Saturday morning said officer Donahue.
