Alexis Gibson, 17, arrested for disturbing the peace of the Butler County Rotary Park. When picked up by authorities, Gibson was found holding a sign stating, "will give good succ 4 memes." Upon further questioning, Gibson told authorities that "memes are an essential part of life. Memes are what keep me going. Without memes, I just live in a flesh covered, spoopy skeleton." Gibson is being held on a $100,000 bond.
