Local boy from Glenburn was found drunk in a turle exhibit in Edinburgh zoo with a tattoo saying "verne" with a self portrait on his back. Investigators said he was on black tar Mexican heroine after too many alcoholic during arrival as the boy described "I was tucked after tanning mad dog". Police are warning family and friends to stay away from this boy.
