Heather Black was recently found violating a restraining order to stay 3 states away from Kenny Chesney at all times. Neighbors caught her rooting thru his trash in an attempt to find sweat laden shirts that she desired to collect in an effort to make a life size Kenny Chesney teddy bear to cuddle with.
Witness Tammy Sparks Youler, said that her friend Heather has been crazy for as long as she can remember, but that it didn't surprise her that Heather would eventually land in jail and finished the sentence with "after that last time" where she mysteriously began to rub her neck and complain about an old whiplash accident, also initiated by Heather Black.
Karen Hiles was seen trying to pretend she didn't know Heather Black, but did finally admit that this was not the first time she had allegedly bailed her friend out of jail over restraining order violations. Ms. Hiles then questioned that possible mental evaluations may be helpful in getting to the root of Ms. Black's Chesney-related delusions.
