Kasey Allen Kluver age 31 Was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure early Monday morning. Law Enforcement was called to the 300 block of 3rd St. S in Waite Park at 2:15a.m. Police located Kluver naked with 3 stray cats and one stolen cat from St.Cloud. More charges are expected to be filled. Kluver was also charged in 2013 with Criminal Beastiality in the 2nd degree. He currently being held on a $400,000 bail.
