Chelsea F.C. recently signed Jesse Lohman, a 16 year old central midfielder from the United States. They say he caught their attention, in the most recent ACS Conference tournament. The young player is arriving on friday, and will be cleared to play after his physical. He will most likely spend a few years on the developmental team, but is a promising young fellow.
