Shane Mc Cormack of Flood Street Garryown, Appeared in court to face six accounts of thefts to Brennans bread vans.
Mr Mc Cormack aged 24 stood in front of judge Tom O Donnell in relation to these charges, which he pleaded guilty to the offences, when he was asked as to why he would rob from bread vans he replied "it has always been my dream to become a notorious ginger bread man, i feel this is the only way i could successfully achieve my dream" he later went on to say " my idol is a youtuber who reminded the world GINGERS HAVE SOULS, having dropped he's own rap track titled Ginger bread man i wanted to mirror this in my own way".
Judge Tom O Donnell remanded Mc Cormack till Janurary next stating that " This is necessary, we can not have the staff of Brennans bread feeling endangered of been hijacked while going about there daily routine from some strawberry blonde Ron Weasley look a like"
Case will be heard on january 2nd next.
