After the 2 month long case of a murdered black youth in Clinton country, officials say they have caught the perpetrator.
35 year old chief, Mitchell "Long Dick of the Law" Ferrell (pictured above), was arrested this morning for the brutal murder of a young black man. When questioned the suspect only said,"I did it for the vine." The former officer is currently held in The Clinton Country jail and will most likely face a lifetime behind bars.
