This evening Elaina Soult was arrested for stealing property and reselling it for a higher retail cost. When questioned she exclaimed that "your property is my property but not vice versa." She stole 12 items from neighbors, stores, and restaurants. Soult possibly stole or damaged other property not yet reported. Please call the police and report any stolen or damaged items.
