Rotterdam man arrested and charge with indecent exposure after suffering a serious injury

Bram van Lindert, 25, of Jan sonjesatraat, Rotterdam was arrested Thursdsy afternoon and charged with Indecent Exposure, a Class A misdemeanor ,Public Lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor and Resisting Arrest a Class C misdemeanor, said Hogeschool Rotterdam campus police.
Police responded to a call made from Hogeschool Rotterdam staff office at around 12:50 Thursday afternoon. Mall Security reported "a 25- something year old Male with brown hair running around the school half-naked
while aggressively dry humping a pipe." When Rotterdam Police arrived to the scene Bram attempted to flee. He was soon tracked down by the squads K-9 unit and brought to the Den Haag Justice Center where he's being held for 20,000 euro bail
40,000 euro bond.
The sheriffs office assisted troopers with the investigation.
