Livingston man that goes by the name of "Lord bubz" is being searched for, for allegedly going around and touching people's elbows. One victim described it to be a horrific experience and something she would never want her kids to endure. One other Livingston Indian victim said something else about it but we couldn't really understand him so it didn't matter. Find this man. And stop him
