Early this morning a heavy set bald man placed his white truck with 4000 dollars in the console, police report that another man (hitman) took the money to kill a black man. Surveillance footage has caught images of both suspects, the hitman is in custody. The hitman was identified as Ashton Burns of martinsburg and was tooken to the eastern regional jail and has a 100,000 bail. Later burns identified the heavy set man as David Stather, police are still on the look out for this suspect. If any one was information on this man they could contact the police immediately. Do not attempt to approach this subject he is considered armed and dangerous.
