Scott Harding (pictured) of Durham city is wanted in connection with driving at high speeds in a 'J' reg micra with speeds approaching 150mph along the A167 towards Darlington, the driver of the vehicle who is still unknown is described as a long curly haired male and a smug look on his face as he raced past civilians, the driver was also seen walking 30mile on his phone.
