Man accused of exposing himself in a Titusville Walmart while reading what was told by authorities to be a Grand Theft Auto magazine, was cornered by police before he could reach for his zipper, according to arrest warrants. Tyrone R. Williams of Titusville, Fl was alleged to be high and deranged from a marijuana strain know as "Mids". Locals say Tyrone is know to smoke that bullshit.
