Angelica Was found in Saskatoon spending those hard earned welfare checks snorting molly and drinking Bacardi , she was soon arrested for public intoxication and disturbing the peace and admitted in her statement that "yes it was me signing all the welfare checks under my name and the chief and council didn't know " she is still under investigation by Saskatoon City Police and will be serving time in a rehab facility .
