On Saturday April 29th 8:00am Waukegan Mayor stated to the press "Yes we like 'wavy' rappers, yes we like Drill, but we can not let the content die this way. I can not have my community saying 'yuh yuh yuh yuh yuh' over and over again, I have the moral obligation to do something about it, and it starts here." The plan is set to tax any Residents/Citizens in Waukegan making over 80k a year. Is this a fair deal? Do we really need Hip Hop back?
