Joshua Carter age 18 has been pronounced dead. At approximately 2:30 this morning 10 minuets past Sacramento there was a deadly car crash. There was three other teenagers in the vehicle with Joshua. Joshua was rushed to the hospital, but didn't make it. CHP'S are still investigating what caused the crash.
