Justin Athey of Troy Ohio was arrested by Troy PD on Wednesday afternoon at the local Kroger.
Justin was seen in the ethnic food section at Kroger wearing no pants, and appeared to be trying to wrap his penis in a soft flour tortilla.
"Apparently the subject indulged in some craft beer. When managers approached him he claimed that it was ok, he works for Chipotle." Officer Smith said.
"There was no way that man was serving up a burrito the size Chipotle does." Said eyewitness, 88 year old Martha Waynescott.
Justin was booked into Miami County jail on charges of lewd and indecent behavior, as well as public intoxication. No bail has been set or plea entered at the time of this publication.
