Torino Montgomery 20, of Mobile is will be facing murder charges tonight after authorities say he allegedly ran over a dog. Witnesses say they saw Montgomery, who was driving a navy blue BMW on the 1600 block of Summerville And Clinton street. Montgomery allegedly ran over the dog , than he stepped out of the car staggering and dancing with a bottle of Ciroc and his hand just moments before racing off.
