Lancaster and Morecambe police have appealed to try and find a 15 year old boy named Matty Fisher. He lives in Bolton Le Sands and attends Ripley St Thomas CE High school. He is believed to have headed toward the Russian mountains where his family have said that there is a secret hideout organised by gang leader Paul Kelly. He has believed to try and tempt Matty over there with a new bike and free KFC. If anyone has any information please ring 01524 376593.
