Macon teen Kyle E Chapman has been fleeing from Bibb deputies on several accounts of felony clipper abuse, and having the littlest fro in Bibb County. Bystanders say “his hair just would never grow. He was a good kid.” The young man was last seen fleeing a barbershop. If you have any information on his whereabouts please contact bibb deputies.
