20 year old Joseph Curtis Zavala a resident from elsa ,tx is now being investigated as a suspect of a hit and run that killed two elderly's at approximately 9:35 thursday night october 26 , 2017 investigators were notified that the suspect joseph and a group of other individuals were on there way home back from the beach. Investigators believe that there was alcohol and drigs involved in the dispute. If you have any information of the suspects whereabouts or where the suspect resides please contact your nearest police department.
