Man Caught Fingering his Butt whole in Taco Bell's bathroom. Jamal Billups of Washington Park, Illinois was found earlier this week by what seems to be a peeping tom in a Taco Bell stall hammering inside his gluteous maximus. When caught by the apparent peeping tom Mr. Billups exact words to the guy was, DAMN A LITTLE PRIVACY PLEASE BITCH. The peeping tom then throws wet tissue at Mr. Billups as he exits the Taco Bell Restroom.
