Brett Talley the second year law student nominated by President Trump for a life term on the Federal District Court has cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee on a party line vote and will be brought up by Senator McConnell for confirmations soon.
"Brett is a really good guy and will make a good judge" President Trump said. "I know how hard you have to work to get good grades and Brett even got a "B" in Real Property which is hard". "That offset his unfortunate "D" in ethics, but that course was fake and taught by a Hillary supporter"
Talley may not have finished Law School but he does write a spirited, far-right blog: Shortly after the massacre at Sandy Hook elementary, Talley described Barack Obama’s proposal to expand background checks and restrict rapid-fire weapons as “the greatest attack on our constitutional freedoms in our lifetime.” One month later, he endorsed the idea that Americans “will have to resort to arms when our other rights — of speech, press, assembly, representative government — fail to yield the desired results.” During the 2016 campaign he derided the Democratic nominee as “Hillary Rotten Clinton.”
