Chicago Police Department's Superintendent is saying he is quote "Not playing with these bitch ass niggas".
Superintendent McCarthy is absolutely fed up with young adults and teens from the ages of 13-19 thinking that it is okay to drive without a valid drivers license. The court orders that people who violate the laws of driving have to do community service and obtain their driver's license by a date set by the judge handling the case. This is put in place to make sure these rules are never broken again. However, the consequences for not completing these 2 tasks are very severe.
A young bitch ass teen by the name of Justin Graham is going to encounter these consequences first hand and be made an example by the city of Chicago. He is facing up to 15 years if he comes to his court date without any of these tasks taken care of.
Prisons are in an uproar. One inmate that we interviewed says "Yeah, I can't wait for that boy to come in here. And he light skin too?!? Aww yeahhh baby, im gonna break his back in every single n-" his interview was cut off because the interview got uncomfortable.
