Parents and children are being advised to be safe at all times this Halloween. Several clowns have been spotted around the Sunday's Well/ Mountain View area in Naas at 11pm last night. With Halloween approaching Naas Gardaí are asking all members of the public to stay together and not to walk alone. If anyone feels in fear from clown sightings or any concerns they may have they are being asked to contact Naas Garda Station on (045) 884 300
