Victoria Chappell also known as Vicky has been arrested after pulling an all weekend bender with friends. The female was seen going to the pub around roughly 7pm did approximately 20 yaga bombs and done a whole bottle of Tia Maria. Helped and encouraged by friends Lucky Rai and Nicky Sinnott. Victoria was seen leaving the pub at 6:30am with friends in a mangled state. The following day she was also seen heading to a party at 7:30pm with friends in a taxi until 11pm arriving back to the pub at 11:30pm with friends witnesses say she left at 3:15am to go home. The female will be arrested until the next weekend begins.
