In the small town of Barnard MO there have been a large amount of free range cats coming up missing or dead. One woman that lives on the lower end of town had this to say. "I dont understand whats going on! I have had more and more cats showing up until recently when some new neighbors moved in. I love my cats and the murders have to stop!" Investigators and the town commitee are looking into the matter.
