A 18 year old boy known to be living in Cardiff has been reported to be seen in the syrian town of Mosul looking to buy guns and a large quantity of Marijuana. The 18 old boy who is known by friends and family as Omar Farnden reportedly in and out of drug rehabliation at the University Hospital of Wales. The Counter Terrorism officers have no arrested the male but are not willing to answer questions at this time
