Nicola Rogan allegedly got arrested on October 31st August on Halloween due to wakening up the neighbours at 4.33am. Shouting and screaming and kicking peoples door in as she was locked out at her mothers address. Singing hallelujah and amazing grace and oh happy days while holding a bottle of 20/20. Her girlfriend Rebecca tried her best to calm her but there as no stopping Rogan. Resisting arrest and police body harm as she tried to bite and assault a policewoman.
