On 27th February local Durham Man mr M Dobbinson was asking a female for sexuall in counters with local women form coxhoe. When local woman from coxhoe got sent this discussing vile message she was so shook up she didn't know what to do, But mr Dobbinson would not stop there he started sending indecent pic of his private parts.
Mr Dobbinson is due at Durham crown court on 13 may for sexual harassment
