Details are still under wraps but a key insider says that plans are under way to hold a 24 hour purge where all crime will be legal against persons 18 years old and older, those wishing to not participate will have to seek shelter in designated safe zone stone set up before the event. Anyone not a Kentucky resident will still be prosecuted for any crime committed. More details forthcoming.
