Nate shroy of Harrisburg PA, was recently released on bail after being charged with harassment, assault, and disorderly conduct. Police reports indicate that Shroy was extremely intoxicated when he assaulted a jogger with a rubber didlo then proceeded to run away. Authorities captured Shroy after he stripped naked and climbed a tree. Shroy was taken into custody without further incident, despite being tazed in the taint.
