Since 1974, NJPR has delivered an expanding number of hospital and medical support services. Our mission is to provide a high level of client support while completing our service in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.

Our clients include major medical centers with highly specialized services to individual practitioner offices, attorneys and payers. Our services are built on the nearly four decades of experience in utilization management and health information. Our clients rely on NJPR to provide medical transcription, coding support, chart review and analysis, education and operational support services.

In 2009, NJPR acquired Normann Staffing Services well known in the temporary and permanent placement industry for clerical, administrative and light industrial staffing. Normann Staffing Services has more than forty (40) years of experience, providing staffing support across a wide spectrum of service, manufacturing and distributing companies throughout northern New Jersey.

Our services are customized to fit the clients’ specific needs, whether we provide services as needed or on a long term basis. Our pricing is exact and specific, up front with no hidden expenses.

Management Team:

Barbara J. Parmese, President
Barbara J. Parmese has more than thirty three (33) years with NJPR, primarily at the senior level of administration, serving as President since October, 2000. Barbara served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, assuming full direction of the day to day operations of the company in 1998. In addition to her management experience, her background is in health information, coding and auditing. Barbara has been an active member of the New Jersey Health Information Management Association (NJHIMA), serving as a Board member for more than twelve (12) years.

Peter K. Finelli, DO, FASAM, CHCQM, ACOFP Executive Vice President
Peter K. Finelli, DO, FASAM, oversees physician activities related to the NJPR utilization management services, responsible for providing physician advisor support to both clients and staff. Dr. Finelli is a practicing physician in Addiction Medicine and has served in several administrative capacities.

His credentials include:
Diplomat American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Diplomat in Family Practice.
Fellow American Society of Addiction Medicine 2008, American Board of Addiction Medicine

Ken Graber, Senior Vice President
Ken Graber is the Senior Vice President for NJPR. Ken Graber has over thirty (30) years of service with NJPR and has been responsible for the design and implementation of numerous and diverse information systems throughout the company.

As the primary information services liaison for NJPR clients, Ken provides design, upgrade and customization for various information technology projects such as dictation, transcription, document distribution and reporting needs. Ken is a member of Healthcare Information and Management System Society (HIMSS).

Lori Hedges-Stephens, RHIA, Director, Marketing
Lori Hedges-Stephens is the Director of Marketing and has twenty six (26) years experience in the management and coordination of Health Information Management and the delivery of health care support services. As Director of Marketing, she brings significant experience in health information; project management; marketing hospital and medical support services; and healthcare financial reporting including Medicare Cost Report review and reimbursement appeals. Lori is an active member of the New Jersey Health Information Management Association (NJHIMA), also is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).

Diane Gold, Director Transcription Services
Diane Gold has over 30 years of medical transcription experience. She has been with NJPR for twenty five (25) years and has been the Director of Transcription Services for over fourteen (14) years. She manages the daily operations of NJPR’s medical transcription department and oversees the implementation of client contracts and all aspects of training. She develops policies and procedures for transcription-specific department activities. Diane is a member of the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity – (AHDI).
