Kyle Taylor caught using a debit/credit food stamp card in rally’s this morning. Police have been trying to catch Kyle but have been unsuccessful because the cards have a security chip in them. Which makes it hard to track the card. But police caught a break today due to somebody tipping them off about a man with NO NECK, BAD BREATH, TERRIBLE HAIRLINE AND A HUGE BACK waking into rally’s this morning trying to sell his fast food food stamps and use them. Police are extremely greatful for the top and hope more people step up like this.
