Joelicia Wade 25 had been arrested for theft. Joelicia was spotted Sunday October 29, at approximately 6:15 pm leaving with big boxes wen asked where weeeshe coming from she stated her Job gave her the boxes to move. The manager later noticed 15 pair of shoes were missing on Joelicia's shift. Joelicia has been booked on a 25,000 dollar bond for theft and is currently in the Harris county jail.
