Biloxi, MS dentist Kiono L. Barnes was found guilty of four counts of provider fraud Wednesday in Harrison County 2nd District Court.
Barneswas accused of providing false claims to Idaho Medicaid for teeth restorations in 2019 and 2021 that the state said he never completed. After a week-long trial and nearly two days of deliberations, a 12 person jury returned Wednesday afternoon with a unanimous verdict against the 39 year old.
