KANSAS CITY, MO -- A man who was shot and killed was identified by police Wednesday morning.
Ray Black, 20, of Lee's Summit, Missouri was fatally shot around 3:00A.M. at North Prospect Avenue. The suspect reportedly left the scene in a car.
Ray was transported to the Trumam Medical Center in Holmes Street, where he was pronounced dead at 4:25 A.M. authorities said. An autopsy is scheduled for next Monday.
No one is in custody, but investigators said they do not believe the shooting was random and there is no threat to the community.
