Josh Barth ( lives in Florida, 15 years of age) attempted to dine and dash on 12/31/17 at 3 am. All of this took place at the Waffle House in Olive Branch, MS. Two men were with him, but they did attempt to pay before Josh just walked out. Josh Barth is facing up to 1 year in jail.
