Keith Brackett was arrested at 10:45am on December 31st, 2017 for his alleged hacking of the Tennessee state lottery to the tune of $879 Million that he chose to be payable over a 29 year period. He was later released without charges after claiming that he mistakenly combined an old Mafia Wars cheat script for Facebook tab with an open TN Lottery tab that somehow randomly generated his winning numbers. Due to his use of such an innovative strategy lawyers around the nation are already calling it the "Net Neutrality Repeal Defense". Keith Brackett could not be reached for comment because he is vacationing in his warm tropical bedroom in Alcoa TN.
