ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Rochester Police Department is investigating after a body was pulled from the Genesee River Thursday. The individual who was found is 21 year old Melvin Tolbert McDonald that was discovered by a passing jogger.
Authorities are investigating the crime scene for any leads and if anyone has seen anything unusual. “It may turn out to be something significant,” said RPD Capt. Anthony McMullen.
