Garry's Mod, an almost 14 year old game, will see its last days on the 15 of February 2018. Steam said that "It will halt support for all Garry's Mod servers by January." Updates will stop coming in February and the game will be left with only a "single player mode" in which there will be no more addons. This is a sad day for the almost 14 year old game, but it has been speculated that Valve needs its resources spent on "An upcoming game, details of which will not be disclosed"
Updates are expected in late November.
