A local man Mark Flaming was arrested Thursday, October 27th, at 8:33 pm. Police found him in connection with the death of a elderly man, 83 of Ross St in Batavia, NY. His name has not been released due to the circumstances. Flaming was also found in possession of over 300 baggies of what appeared to be cocaine after further investigation. He is being charged with 300 counts of intention to distribute and is to be arraigned in Genesee County Courts on Monday.
