Recent news is reporting snap benefits cards are purposely being zapped when using at stores. This is having thousands of people calling or visiting their local office for the replacement of their card. The Departments reply is that you will receive your new card with in 10-15 days. However this is the tricky part, the card arrives in a package of work boots. The boots have a fake store name and address on the package. This is causing people to believe the boots were a mistake order from the company label. Excited to have a new pair of boots. Consumers are placing the boots in their closets or selling them for a profit. Not realizing their new food stamp card is hidden in the right toe of the work boot. This is causing thousands of Kentuckians to lose their monthly benefits. The person or persons buying the work boots are people who actually work for a living. So its a bonus to those individuals when your snap card and new pin number is sold for a mere $20.00 Kentucky states this is unlawful for you to sell your benefits and you end up losing your snap card permanently. So be careful if you receive a pair of work boots in the mail. Its Kentucky's dirty trick to thousands of lazy people to get off the welfare system. Bet you are scared as hell now aren't you?
